Every Pair of Sandals made at The Sandalman are made to measure and produced in two construction methods.

1. The less expensive method are made with a single layer of leather and all leather straps, the sole is made out of a Vibram rubber with a single layer heel.

2. The Primo Sandal is made with two layers of leather , the second layer of leather houses the straps so there are no ridges on the upper layer, as well there is the option of having an arch cushion which is bonded between the two layers of leather and they are also hand sewn with a 135 lb. test nylon thread which is waterproof and extremely strong.

Italian leather is available in black, medium brown and dark brown and hunter green.

Plus sizes over size 12 are subject to a premium of an additional $50.00 as there is extra leather, cutting and sewing time.

Also note that if we make a style that is more complicated the fee for this service can run up to $250.00 more. This only applies if we haven't made a style before and have to make special patterns use additional materials etc. This will be quoted once we have all the drawings and assess the level of difficulty in making the new style.
